The counter-flow cooler has two discharge structures of slide valve type and flap type, which can be precisely matched with different feed types in different feed mills
- 1. A new cooling models, suitable for various granules cooling
- 2. Using counter cooling principle: cooling the high temperature, high humidity granules, the granules cools from the bottom to up, avoiding the direct contact with the cold wind and thermal granules to produce sudden cold phenomenon. Therefore, it can prevent the granules from surface cracking
- 3. The octagonal box is removed to cool the dead corner, which is more conducive to the uniform cooling of the granules, there are adjustable stainless steel cone bulk device inside, and the feeding granules is more uniform
- 4. Slide / Flip discharge mechanism, flexible discharge, greatly reduces granules damage, the discharge is smooth, and the flow can be adjusted
- 5. The maintenance door is opened on the front, and an observation window is opened on the side. It is easy to observe the operating status of the device
- 6. The new model cooler work is stable and reliable, and the stop is not leaked
